A termite inspection and treatment were performed. A few termites made it thru the treatment and Bill's Home Service, true to their contract, re-treated these areas at no further cost to me, eliminating these termites. But the cost of the service is high especially since they usually come once a year. The initial inspection should be a lower price but any additional inspections or treatments should be charged per visit/treatments. I had Bill's come out after not having a good response from the pest co that provided my termite contract.

Unfortunately, during the course of our limited visual inspection there are certain components that we're not able to inspect and others that we can only report the status of at the time of inspection and not their life expectancy after the inspection. With a fixed rate mortgage, your monthly payment doesn’t change and you go into the loan knowing the total amount you would pay over the scheduled term of the loan. A longer-term mortgage spreads repayment of the loan out over more months, so the monthly payment will be lower. However, because this means paying down the principal you owe more slowly and paying interest for more months, a long-term mortgage will cost you more over the life of the loan.
